Observations/Intel: Definitely was the smart move to take the weekend off after helping someone move. Will be a repeat of that, albeit probably a shorter one, hopefully, weekend after next, so that weekend also will be off.
Once that person is out, I will be doing a lot of moving stuff around internally, as well as a large cleaning project, so I may have to take more time off here and there, as necessary. Back to now...
Last couple of days I've felt off, but Legs were a go, so off we went. Cannot complain at all about this from a performance perspective. A very soft goal was 10 miles in 30 minutes and this was off that pace, however, there was also both the warm-up and cool-downs in there, so I feel pretty strongly I could accomplish that sooner than expected. Legs were fine, Air did an ok job of keeping up, but again, not feeling 100% going in, which compromised that a bit.
