Observations/Intel: I managed to tweak my left inner Thigh a bit somehow Wednesday morning getting up to use the toilet in the middle of the night and Thursday was feeling well off anyway, so just bagged it. Legs better today, though took about twice as long as normal to warm up, but Air still in the toilet. I'm kind of getting tunnel vision for the week off, as I'm feeling really worn down and appetite is shot (which is also fucking recovery - also badly screwed loading up today) but really am trying to fight off burnout to make sure I don't miss workout unless unavoidable.
Did a weigh-in Thursday, at 249, which is no change from last time around. I'm moving to a much higher vegetable period for this coming week and the one after that, so we'll see how that does.
