One of the neat things about doing this blog since the format
switch in October is I can just glance at a month to see how many workouts it
had. While this is (obviously) not a workout post, it is useful in the context
of providing a compilation of this blog, though this is (to me) somewhat
woeful. I don’t look at this as something being better than nothing, though in
this case, it is probably true, but rather in what was measured vs. what the
potential was. Definitely came up wanting overall...

17 workouts is something I wouldn't really be satisfied with if it was over 1 month (though it would be more reasonable at my current level of conditioning), let alone over 3 as it was here. The 8 workouts in a month is nothing I can put any kind of positive stamp on, truthfully. I do, however, feel like I finished strong and established what I set out to do, which was find the current level of Cardio fitness. The weight loss was nice, but the main focus is improving Cardio, though I won't be returning to that until after I get back from my next business trip. Once I get to what I consider at least a close approximation of Cardio fitness, I'm definitely looking at getting back to the gym, barring having to move and/or more Shoulder issues...assuming neither of those is in play, that's looking more like February or March at the latest...
Before I leave for the next business trip, at the start of the new year, I'll be back with a Goal Post.
