Observations/Intel: Saturday did a bit of a number on the Legs, but they were good enough to go today. I would have run this a bit longer, if not for a commit I needed to cut it short so I could prepare for. I think I may try to do some sprints this weekend, depending on how Thursday goes. I'm also kicking around the idea of doing more runs during the week of a lower duration...maybe 30 minutes instead of extending it...I still haven't quite gotten my head back into things yet...diet is a lot more cleaned up, though, which is helping...
This (or tomorrow) is the 1 year anniversary and I forgot to check my weight, so in that year, it's either slightly over or under 30 lbs down. Mileage for this year is 173, so total mileage over that time is 24 short of 1000.
