Observations/Intel: Finally starting to feel more myself...starting to circulate some time frames as to when I would be available to start work, need to look at the forecast, but will be bringing in the actual bike to get it tuned in the very near future. Gym is still going to be out for the foreseeable future, as I don't see COVID relenting enough for that to be a worthwhile prospect. Need to be away from people to the extent possible still. Also, had a nerve pinging me a bit yesterday, but not enough to stop me. Air was a bit sloppy, Legs a touch sore, but not too bad. Really need to buckle things down and get back into the groove. I have some yard clean-up after the last storm and a pretty significant donation haul to do over the next few days.
Weigh-in was 237 again, but caloric load is not high enough to be adding fat, so it seems more like metabolic stall and water retention, the latter of which I'm entirely sure about. I have not been getting enough hydration. Mileage for the year is 157.
