D200: 02.29.24

Workout: Cardio
Equipment Used: Schwinn AirDyne
Duration: 6 mi/30 min
Driver:  Judas Priest: Electric Eye

Quality Level: N/A
Observations/Intel: Knees were giving  me fits today and Legs were already a touch tired going in, so went casual with this one. I skipped Tuesday because at times my hobby of being a chilehead (I'm currently prepping for a challenge) conflicts with any intense exercise and that was definitely the case then. I was debating going yesterday instead, but want to try to get to and keep a schedule as much as possible. I was going to run a bit longer than a half hour, but my right Knee was tetchy going in and then the Left gave out around the 28 minute mark so I just finished out the half hour. Obviously, Air was not pushed this time, either. Definitely absolutely will not be resuming the gym in April as I had hope pre-COVID. Maybe this summer, at this point, if things going very well...

D199: 02.24.24

Workout: Cardio
Equipment Used: Schwinn AirDyne
Duration: 8 mi/36 min
Driver:  Judas Priest: Electric Eye

Quality Level: N/A
Observations/Intel: Ok, so I was able to string a couple consecutive planned sessions together, happily, and I was also able to push a bit harder on this one. Legs held up pretty well for most of it, enough to push air a bit, which is, predictably, kind of shit, but flagged a bit towards the end. I'll be curious to see how tomorrow goes, and if possible, will try to work another in then. I'm also, once again, going to attempt to shift over the diet for this week back to something cleaner, as I tried right before COVID, and maybe get in a weigh-in before March...maybe.

D198: 02.22.24

Workout: Cardio
Equipment Used: Schwinn AirDyne
Duration: 6 mi/30 min
Driver:  Judas Priest: Live In London

Quality Level: N/A
Observations/Intel: Still not exactly entirely recovered from COVID. Last week's light workout wound up with some longer bouts of exhaustion than I'd expected. We'll see how this one does, even though these are very, very low level workouts. I definitely felt motivated today, but Legs gave out pretty quickly and I still have these odd random pains, which I didn't have prior to COVID, so I'm assuming it's still working itself out. Hopefully I can string more of these together, but I can't even remotely predict when I'll be able to resume the gym, since my timetable is so radically and drastically thrown off now.

D197: 02.13.24

Workout: Cardio
Equipment Used: Schwinn AirDyne
Duration: 6 mi/29 min
Driver:  Judas Priest: Live In London

Quality Level: N/A
Observations/Intel: Ok, so got severely derailed by a week of really bad COVID, a second week of less bad, but still pretty bad COVID, then 2 weeks of after-effects, which rather neatly derailed any working out and, for a time, nearly all activity. So, this week will be shaking off rust, mainly, and trying to get a status, then hopefully next week, I can kick back into gear and start pushing. This quite possibly is going to push any attempt at getting into the gym back a month, but we'll see. I'm trying really hard not to be frustrated by that setback, but a lot of shit really got tossed out the window, forcibly, by that bout and I was more or less one inhaler away, for a while there, from being sent to a hospital bed. Do not recommend.
