Looking back at this…3 weeks ago that I started and 11
workouts total…yuck. Next month will probably be at least somewhat similar.
Hopefully in December, I can actually get the total up where I had in mind and
be doing HIIT more regularly…
Weigh in was 246 when I did it last Thursday morning. I did
not weigh myself again prior to my trip. I also tossed the Thursday workout,
once again, due to work-related issues impeding on the time too much. I did a
ton of walking around Halloween with my son, of course and winterizing the yard
involved toting 70 lb. bags of sand up a couple flights of stairs and across my
uphill yard to the basketball standard, none of which was troublesome…nice to
see there, I guess.
I also have noticed an odd trend lately of sometimes having
headaches the next morning after the Air Dyne. Given that I’m not generally
pushing anywhere near enough to be running into hydration issues (though I am
going to keep a closer eye on this), the other things this could be are
generally not too positive…I will continue to monitor this, as it isn’t
regularly or anything, but definitely could wind up driving me into a doctor’s
office, which I’m considering anyway for my right arm/shoulder…
As for today…
Workout: Cardio
Equipment Used: Precor Treadmill
Duration: ~2 miles/~45 minutes
Driver: None (Comedy Central tv)
Calories: unknown
Quality Level: N/A I was pleased to get a chance to sneak a workout in, as I doubt I will get another before the end of my trip. I also have a ton of walking around to do tomorrow. I tried to tone it down so I don't wind up wearing out too early, as it will be literally constantly being on my feet for quite a few hours, but despite running up the incline fairly high, this didn't pose much of a challenge...I did wind up with a very light sweat.
Observations/Intel: Still need to get a lot better consistency on dining, but this week is mostly very brief stops. Next week I should be able to get that set a lot better...
